Facebook User Data Deletion

Precise Group Relines Pty Ltd allows users to sign in to the Precise Employee Portal using their Facebook account.

If you would like us to delete any personal information associated with your Facebook login, please send an email to:

Email: accounts@preciserelines.com

Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your request:

Your full name
The email address associated with your Facebook account
A brief request asking us to delete your Facebook login data

Once we have verified your identity, we will permanently delete your Facebook login information from our systems within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.

What information will be deleted?

Where applicable, we will delete:

Facebook account identifier used for sign-in
Associated portal account (if requested)
Contact information stored within the employee portal
Any other personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business purposes

Information that may be retained

Certain records cannot be deleted immediately where they are required under Australian law or contractual obligations. These may include:

Payroll records
Employment records
Workplace health and safety records
Training and competency records
Taxation and financial records
Other records required by clients, regulators or Australian legislation

These records will only be retained for the period required by law and will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
